She has over 20 years of experience in the athletics industry, first as a player and then as a coach. She has experience coaching both high school and collegiate teams and also played on numerous championship squads. She has also been a part of the media, writing for various sports publications and websites. In addition to her writing, she is an active participant in the sports community and is constantly considering ways to give back. She frequently speaks at sporting events and contributes consistently to multiple sports journals.
